TE7022+ES9023 mini toy^_^
 

Hi, guys. I made this toy these days. ES9023 is 113dB DAC and work in I2S mode. The output has no coupled caps and up to 2Vrms. Here it is.

Interesting. When it will go into production?

Yep, I am interested, is that going to be available in PCB or full kit? I still have 2 9023 sitting around.

Hi, i2k92. I already made some and Steinar will post it after testing. And hi syklab, I can make some without es9023.
For portable use, es9023 is a good choise, it's single power supply and no-coupled capacitor needed, that means it's also suitable to add a potentiometer at the output... It's another product then.

And hi all, I have a question now. The datasheet of ES9023 says it can adjust the output level by an external resistor, anyone knows how? Thanks.

Never mind, I already got it.:) A resistor on Vreg pin will adjust the level.:D

It also form like this. And RMS up to 2.2V(open).

I got one through ebay a couple of days ago. I like it best with my headphones directly plugged in.

Small size and no extra power supply or batteries needed. Marvelous portability.
