I've run my creative SBS 2.1 without a PC.I wanna know if i can do the same with a non 2.1.

A sound system allowing this would typically have a separate stereo input. If it only has a 5.1 or 7.1 input, chances are there is no internal crossover and it relies entirely on the computer to perform this function.
