there are JRC 2114D op amps on the card. I can not find the datasheet for these op amps anywhere. Are these the same as NJM 2114D??

Yes, they are one and the same... someone more knowledgeable might comfirm this & iirc they are a variant of the 5532 opamp.

A popular replacement is the LME49720 - [not 100% sure but] the LM4562 is a DIP8 version.
