greetings.
has anybody succeded to run a VAC into FOOBAR? (ie: input VAC stream into FOOBAR) I would like to use FOOBAR dsp as output into ASIO for all sound from my PC. That is, I like to use VLC for watching films. Sound stream goes through VAC and I use the VAC streamer to goto my output usb dacs. Instead of using the VAC streamer, I would like the audio stream to be piped through foobar. In essence, replace the VAC streamer by FOOBAR. I haven't looked into the foobar SDK but I may have to develop something on my own if nothing pops up in this thread. regards. |

I scrapped VAC because it did not coexist well with ASIO.
I tried a nice plugin called uPnP. Actually got that to work with the airport extreme so now I'm streaming my audio to the AE. This eliminates the need for Itunes. Still tryig to get my VLC movie audio streams through FOOBAR. |
