Hi Aman. Goggling for PC Oscilloscope will get you lots of options, though most I've seen seem to be limited in functionality or very expensive. Might be better to see if you can pick up a real 'scope second hand instead.

Failing that, have a search to see what you can afford or is available in your area, then once you've narrowed it down to a few possibilities, post them on here and others can advise as to their suitability. You'll also need to post some info on what you actually want to measure with it.
