I think the TDA1387 has one - not exactly 'the latest fad' that chip is it?  But I agree there does seem to be a resurgence of this at TI - their latest DAC has one as well as one or more of their 'low noise' regs. Note that in the case of the reg, its only 'low noise' when the charge pump's noise is not included in the measurement - which is why I use the scare quotes.
