hello!
I want to build aleph 4. I would like to use instead of IRFP244 IRFP450 . In programme Pspice all acts correctly. Will this act in reality? I ask about opinion very. I greet all , Tomek , Poland. |

Hello,
The IRFP 450 will work ok with Aleph 4. But, if you can, try to get IRFP 240 instead it. It will work even better, with lower distortion on top end. However, if you already have IRFP 450, than feel free to use them. Best regards, Kristijan Kljucaric http://web.vip.hr/pcb-design.vip |

IRFP450 work fine, I also try with IRFP448 and it's also work fine. If you are unable to get IRFP240 or IRFP244 try with IRFP250. (this is also very good power mosfet)
