Default Aleph 5 -- Parts

Hello, can i use the following parts on the Aleph 5?

Irf9530 / 9540 ---> Irf9610 ?
MPSA 42 / BC550 ---> MPSA18 ?
IRFP250 / 150 ---> IRFP244 ?

Beside , i saw some other maybe OEM product for the IRFP244, the price is cheap, is it bad quality ? and the sound is bigger different with the original product ?

the substitutes are ok, but I would rather use 9510 (if possible) for the 9610 subst.

try to get q's from a well known company; fairchild, st, harris, ir etc.

MPSA42 work just fine (instead of MPSA18 or ZTX450). My ZEN V4 also work fine with BC550.

Instead of IRF9610 Aleph5 will work fine with IRF9620. I simply don't prefer IRF9530 or IRF9540 becouse this is more powerfull mosfet and have different sound (worse) than original. IRF9620 is more easy to get than IRF9610.

About IRFP250 - Zen V4 works fine with IRFP250N and probably there is no reason that you don't use it if you are unable to get IRFP240 or IRFP244.

LEON
