Just a heads-up...
I have bought IRFP244's from Future electronics in the past ( http://www.futurecb.com ). Their price for single quantity IRFP244 was about $1.60 and the lead-free version (IRFP244PBF) was a few cents less. I just went there to buy some more, and the price on the lead-free version has gone up by 4X! They are now $5.36 each. This seems to have happened overnight. They still have the non-lead-free version at the lower price, but not nearly as many in stock. Don't know if these might be phased out soon. |
