Hi All,
I'd just like to ask if you have experience with these devices. They have much higher transconductance than IRP610's which I currently use, but source resistors can compensate it. As it's dual device, I think that they should have very similar characteristics between devices and also there is great thermal tracking between them. Datasheet Thanks & regards Robo |
