IRF P-Channel problems

Hi

I read somewhere that the P-Channel types mosfets from IRF have some problems but can’t find it anymore.
What are those problems and can I measure it myself.
Is that problem also for the IRF9610.
I have some SFP9610 is that a good replacement for a IRF9610 and does somebody now the sound difference.
Maybe someone has other suggestions for the 9610 brand.

Were you thinking of Mr. Pass' mosfet testing article?

There are some comments on the IRFP9240 and
IRF9610 devices.
