Hi
I read somewhere that the P-Channel types mosfets from IRF have some problems but can’t find it anymore. What are those problems and can I measure it myself. Is that problem also for the IRF9610. I have some SFP9610 is that a good replacement for a IRF9610 and does somebody now the sound difference. Maybe someone has other suggestions for the 9610 brand. Rob |

Hi Rob,
Were you thinking of Mr. Pass' mosfet testing article? http://www.passdiy.com/pdf/mos.pdf There are some comments on the IRFP9240 and IRF9610 devices. Cheers, Dennis |
