Here it is,
a small excel sheet where you can calculate heatsink, juntion temp etc. It is important to remember that the results are only as good as the input data is! So you really need to know your Rth´s of Heatsink, insulators and case to junction (mostly worst case). have fun, William

in several threads you can find info on heatsink
calculations - naturally mostly in Pass Labs Forum I tried to give a lecture in the thread "heat issues" halojoy about temparature calculations Nelson and some other gave me some additional good info /joy - with a halo of very high temp incarnation

I know, this is only a helpfull tool to play around with heatsinks, Rth´s, bias etc. without burning your fingers william
