Dear Mr . Pass.
first of all sorry for my bad english(i'm Italian!)and compliments for your splendid audio creations. I have a pair of Martin Logan Quest Z that i'd like to drive a threshold s200 and a fet nine pre. Do you think that the s200 have enough power to handling the Quests properly? The seller says me that this is a special version of the s200 assempled or controlled by you personally. Is true that there are some special version that you controlled or menage personally? Thank you very much! David ps Can you explain me some thing about the stasis tecnology? |

There were no special S200's that I am aware of, and I
have not been involved with Threshold product since 1991. When I had Quests, I routinely drove them with amplifiers like the S200, and they were fine. As to explaining the Stasis amps, I will email you a copy of the paper on the design.

Thank you very much Mr. Pass!
But when the s200 was created ,it was assembled and\or projected still under your directly supervision or is a product of the threshold era without you? Thank you for the stasis question ,but i d' like to know simply the benefits of this marvelous tecnology that you created. |

Yes, I was there. However the notion that there were "special"
units is not correct. If you send me your email address, I will send you the aforementioned paper.
