Default Panasonic PGS Heat Sink Sheets?

I'm planning on going nutts with heat dissipation.

Has anybody tried using PGS sheets as insulators? Or inbetween a copper "snowshoe" and the heatsink?

I'm not sure if this would help or hinder.

Nate
