Default Aleph-x problem

I have a problem with my Aleph-X.
When firing up and measuring Vgs over the right output transistors Q11 (I have two there). I do not get the same voltage. One is about 0.5 voltage lover.
So far I have checked if the matching (Vgs) on both transistors is ok. Any thoughts?

This is the schematic http://www.kk-pcb.com/alephx.html

Here what I learned today. Stupd me. Make sure you mount the mosfet's TIGHT to the heat sink. Otherwise you will never get the same Vgs. Problem solved. This problem have followed for a few months now. Today I got Vgs 4.41 4.42 4.41 and 4.40 on the output transistors.

Next question.
When fireing up. Should you start with Adjusting the Variable Constant Current Source and
then setting dc?
