Hi
I like to make choke loaded ZenV8 I have have make a choke from locally available 1.3mm magnet wire and 9 cm inner diameter, 9 cm wide plastic bobin with 1000 turns I have measure it weight 4 kg each and 150 to 170 mH depending on frequency, RDC measure with standard multimeter is 5 Ohms I need advice from Zen Masters around here. Beside Voltage supply, anything else should be take care ? Cheers RAM |

Watch out for the max dissipation of the inductor, 1.3mm magnet wire is not a lot for such an amp.
