Dear all !
I plan to make Aleph5 after and actually fan of NelsonPass. To do my project, I find Mosfet in Digikey, a big vendor electronic part. But it's supply only IRFP244PBF and they don't sale IRF244. I wonder that what diffrient is between IRF 244 and IRF 244 PBF ??? In that case, pls advice your comment ! Can I use IRF244PBF i/o IRF244 ? Anyway, thank in advance. |

PBF is just the lead-free version.

At IR ‘pbf’ labeled parts are RoHS compliant. There is no indication of other differences. So yes, you can substitute IRF244 with IRF244PBF.
