Pass takes an evening off

Most of N. America has been caught in a heat wave, with days and days of triple figure temperature, several days locally we’ve exceeded 110 degrees F.

The ever gracious Pass arraigned for a respite, where we pretended to head off to the tropics….. gentle breezes, cool nights, umbrella drinks and the pièce de résistance the sounds of Martin Denny drifting across the sand.

OK Let me guess. Lake Clementine, SNPA out of the bottle, and the dulcet sounds of the doors on the floating WC's swinging open and slamming shut!

We tried Clementine years ago.... the wait staff was missing in action and the beverage list spartan, Chateau du Pump was the house drink as I recall.... unlimited refils however.
