Default Aleph 2 input/current source mosfet heat sink

For Aleph 2, is it necessary to heat sink the input pair mosfet and the current source mosfet? Do they get hot at all?

it he;ps to have heatspreader (not heat sink ) between two mosfets in LTP;

back to back with insulator is good enough,or mutual piece of alu
