Can somebody of you from Germany help me with a Reichelt.de buy?
They only deliver to Austria with a minimum of 150EUR, that is ridiculous.
I need 10pcs IRFP240, and I cannot get them here in Austria anymore (so it seems) for a good price.

try schukat.de or shuro.de

usualy I get irfp 240 for 1eur or less a piece from sources

so good price is arround 1 eur.piece

I have 24 of IRFP240 original from IR hanging around.
They are still unused in the tube.

If you want I can give them away for 20 Euro + Shipping.
