55-60° is a bit high and a small silent fans will work wonders.
Water cooling works fine too, some run them with alcohol cooled devices during the winter. ![]() /Hugo |

bad luck, the supplier ran out of IRFP240s.. they are suggesting IRFP240PBF which is the lead free version.
will this be ok as an alternative? i've checked the net and their spec sheets are identical (the exact same file) Thanks! |

Thay are the same. The tinning on the pins will be different but the internal die (the important part) will be exactly the same.
