Boz Irf610 Pin?

can someone tell me which the 3 pin leg is S/G/D for the IRF610 and the TIP29C?thanks..

If you go to the digikey web page and do a part search for
the irf610 it will also list a data sheet pdf that has a picture
of the pinout. I have found this feature on the digikey web
page most helpfull.

I think for the TIP29C you will want to look for C, B and E.

As for the pins on the IRF610 the previous suggestion is good or you may find it any of the sites for manufacturers of that transistor.

Looking at the front of the transistor (printed with the transistor number), left to right:
For IRF610: Gate, Drain, Source. TIP29C: Base, Collector, Emitter. The tab of both transistors are connected to the center pin.

If looking at the transistor mounted on the heatsink
it is BCE or corresponding GDS for mosfet
from left to right.

This is a standard used by 90%(?) of all TO220 devices
so if you remember BCE, from left to right
you will know.
BCE is easy to remember -
it is in alphabetical order.

BCE can also be called Gate Drain Source.
The function is the same.
