I should be getting a sizable payout from my last company in the near future and had a couple of quick questions. Since Mr. Pass has been so good to all of us, I'd like to buy a product produced by him.
I am partial to lower powered amps, and will be using the amp primarily with Kef 201's and some of my home brews. My questions are, what is the retail of the XA 30, and for listening mostly to vocals and jazz would you recommend the XA 30 or the first watt aleph J? I know the concept of firstwatt, but I think the XA 30's first watt should sound pretty good too. Also, who is a reliable retailer for either in the Minneapolis area? Thanks so much. |

You might want to contact Pass Labs directly and call or email Peter Perkins for help in finding a dealer. Audio-video is an online dealer who stocks both FirstWatt and Pass gear.

John at Audio-Logic is very much in-the-know about all things audio. His pricing is competitive, and he is probably within driving distance of you.
He owns and uses Pass gear at home too, I think he just bought some TAD drivers from Nelson Pass for his home stereo rig. |
