Aleph 3 - where to buy heatsinks on West Coast USA

Hello Aleph diy people on the USA West Coast,

I am assisting a buddy build an Aleph 3 as a first time project.
He will need to organise heatsinks and a transformer...I am offering pre assembled pcbs as a gift.

Where do you guys buy your heatsinks locally ...say for 0.25 c / watt and your toroidal transformers ?

(Shipping Conrad heatsinks from Aust is not very economical)

regards

Macka:)

See Steve at Apexjr.com, he often has nice heat sinks that aren't on his website. He's got a picture up in the marketplace section of a sink that should work A30 using 2 per channel. At least 4 will fit in the USPS flat rate box, so shipping is inexpensive. I have a few of these and they look virtually new, just a couple small mounting holes. If you are near LaCescenta, CA you can call ahead and pick them up.

If you want new heat sinks, you'll be hard pressed to find a better deal than Conrad, even counting FedEx charges.
