Has anybody tried the BOSOZ preamp circuit using bipolar transistors like the BD139? Can I just swap the IRF610's for the BD139's (with D=C, G=B, S=E)? Anybody comments or suggestions?

It should work fine with a couple of resistor adjustments
for the difference in Vgs versus Vbe
|
