My Ono needs 2sk170GR

Anybody know where I can get these in the US? Can't find them anywhere. I can find the 2sk170BL, but not the GR!

Drain current specification is the difference among the classes of these FETs. According to Toshiba Idss classification for the GR is 2.6 ~ 6.5ma, BL is 6.0 - 12.0 ma, V is 10-20 ma.

You might want to try substituting LSK170A from LinearSystems -- appears to have the same IDss range as the GR. www.linearsystems.com

I believe that Erno Borberly has the GR's for sale on his website.

Massimo, I need two sets of matched quads.

Jackinnj, any idea what shipping is through borbely. I looked briefly at EU venders but most had a minimum order of 100Euro (borbely is 50 euro, but still is more than I want to spend, but they are an option) and a pretty hefty shipping rate overseas.

I measured and labeled about 50 a while back. Shoot an email if you need 2 quads matched up. These are matched for Idss.

At www.lobtron.de you will find 2sk170GR for Pennies...

Nelson has commented that the sonics are better at higher currents, the V might be best here.
