Ok here are a few pictures for you geniuses. I have a big problem with firing up my Aleph-X.
I have more than 10V on T8,T9 and T12,T13. And that’s before turning up to 220V.So far I have checked for AC from the power supply. The most obvious mistake is that I have mounted something backwards or made a wiring mistake. That’s why I’m posting pictures. Any comments? |

Since I don't have a clue about the transistor numbers, perhaps
someone can point a link to the schematic in question. |

Not enough drive for T8 etc, or too much current through the
CCS transistors. If there's a lot of current (voltage across Source resistors) then it's the latter. If not, then perhaps there is not enough current going through the input diff pairs to bias up T8 etc. |
