My pcb is a little bit different than the one he has posted on his site . I think it's one of his older versions. I'm not really sure what the values are for the small caps.

I don't think I can fit 1000uf caps in the c3 and c4 positions on the board.

You're right. Seems like 1/10" spacing between the holes.
Perhaps you could post a pic of the board's copper side, so we can figure out what exactly the caps are for. |
