What kind of performance would I get from soz if I used it with 16ohm speakers?
If not best, would it be possible to make some changes for better performance? I dont really need much power, speakers are 99db/w and I plan to do some fronthorn-loading (from150hz up), too. But before building the amplifiers I would like to know if standard soz is the right for me. |

SOZ just loves 16 Ohms speakers at 99db, IMO it´s nearly optimal.
I am running my 9W XSOZ with just 15 Ohm speakers and at 94db, and I gets lots of loud music, so You should get more. XSOZ is better than the standard SOZ. You should read the thred "X SOZ", and the version I am running You will find on page x soz But if SOZ is the right thing for You is hard to say, I like it a lot.
