i am interested in the aleph diy project but i am confused which one to start with. i have already the following speaker drivers..
4 pcs 8 ohms 300 w max Frequency response: 50-15.000hz Sensitivity: 93db /w/m 2 pcs 400 w 4 ohms Frequency response: 30db-5khz Sensitivity: 90db /w/m can somebody suggests me which aleph fits me best? thanks. arnold |

Hi arnold,
I think any aleph will equally do. It's a matter of something else. For example, how much power do you want to have. If you can go with expensive power consumption, expensive power supply, building complexity, aleph 2 will be fine. But with such a sensitive speakers, I would prefer to build smaller alephs with very good power supply. |

Your speakers are somewhat efficient so I would say go for an Aleph 5.... Or a pair of 2's.
