i am interested in the aleph diy project but i am confused which one to start with. i have already the following speaker drivers..

4 pcs
8 ohms
300 w max
Frequency response: 50-15.000hz
Sensitivity: 93db /w/m

2 pcs
400 w
4 ohms
Frequency response: 30db-5khz
Sensitivity: 90db /w/m

Hi arnold,

I think any aleph will equally do. It's a matter of something else. For example, how much power do you want to have. If you can go with expensive power consumption, expensive power supply, building complexity, aleph 2 will be fine.

But with such a sensitive speakers, I would prefer to build smaller alephs with very good power supply.

Your speakers are somewhat efficient so I would say go for an Aleph 5.... Or a pair of 2's.
