Hello,

I'm digging up this old thread, because I'm having trouble using this model in Multisim. As can be seen from the graphic, it's rather nonsense. Any idea what might be going wrong?

When importing the model, Multisim asks to connect pins 1/2/3 to gate, source and drain. I tried all combinations, but the result always looked the same.

Thanks, Volker

I think as I recall, I could get good results modifying a 2sk170 model :D if you can beleve that. Some of their numbers seemed a little off to me. Like for instance I think their Vgsth number is 1.8? I think it should be 1.15. I don't remember exactly but the "Beta"(transconductance) needs to be changed to about 28. And Lambda about .9. Give that a try. All other parameters were strait off the data sheet ;)
