Default Cascoding X Aleph

I have a bunch of 044 fets and thought it would be cool to use them in a mini X Aleph.

However the 044 has high gate capacitance (high transconductance) so I thought I would cascode them for improve performance.

Has any one tried this or got any tips?

Run the voltage divider that sets the cascode Gate voltage from the output line to rail--not from ground to rail. This will give you greater voltage swing.
Have at it.

If you can afford to throw away some volts, it
works like glue.
