Default Which caps for aleph2's? (10pF and 1nF)

one last question for now...

what is the best quality cap i can get for the 1nf and 10pf on the boards? i got black gates for the 220uf value, but still looking for the other 2 values. is mica the right type? im just unfamiliar with what is good for this value and type... thanks guys!

If you check the latest Aleph X thread posts, you might not need those caps at all.

The amp will likely be stable without these, but for the "average" builder I suspect NP would still recommend their use.

Mica will do just fine.

ok, i did the reading.

however, my boards are done, im using the ones from kristijan. i already have them, and am using the design as is. so given that, which type do i use? and is there a particular brand/type that will yield best/better results?
