Thanks - I'd seen the artilce but missed the graph.

The normalized graph indicates about 0.5

I believe you realy need to look at the graft #7 which
indicates a damping factor of 300 or less. The graft earlier in
the article is more of a learning tool comparing different
output bias settings.
