Aleph-type current source, but source follower this time

Hi,

I've been trying to design a Aleph-type current source, but this time incorporated in a source folower topology.

Somehow, using N-ch MOSFETs I cann't get it done..

Any suggestions anybody?

Is it only possible using p-chan MOSFETs?

Zen Variations - Part 2: The Penultimate Zen's Current Source
In ZEN 2 you may get both N and P mosfet.

Mr Pass once suggested someone to use a "regular" N-channel Aleph CCS with a P channel follower below.

That looks a bit like what I was aiming for... but couldn't we somehow make it work with N-ch MOSFETs only?
