I know that the Aleph 5 is dissipates 150 watts, can i just adjust R19 to 100 watts at idle?

Probably, but here's a real good thread that discusses optimization of an Aleph 5, with lots on the biasing: Aleph5....it works!!!

Of course, the idle power is simply the idle current times the +/- rail-to-rail voltage.

In case you're not aware of it (mentioned on this forum quite a few times) .... more bias current ... more heat ... better bass ... which is what we all want, isn't it?
