Hello,
I'm collecting parts to build an Aleph P1.7 but it seems that the IRF610 has been discontinued. Which Fet model could replace the 610: 510; 630? Also, should I replace the IRF9610 so that the parameters match with it? Thanks for your help, Rodolphe |

Hi,
You could try Schuro. It seems they have them in stock, at least on their website. http://www.schuro.de/preisl-mosfet.htm Regards Edwin

Rodolphe,
if you can´t get the IRF610 the IRF510´s are also fine. I used them in my X-BOSOZ with very nice results. William

Hi William,
Thanks for the info.Shuro hasn't replied yet but if the IRF610 isn't available, I'll buy the IRF510. Have you matched it with the IRF9610? Rodolphe |

(I found an address in France which sales the IRF610; it's more expensive than Reichelt and other shops in Germany but it's easier for me to pay.) BTW, le Français, très bien!!! Rodolphe |
