MOSFETS for BOSOZ

Can I use in BOSOZ MOSFETS type RFP15N06V (Intersil)?
Will they give good sound performance?

As far as the power ratings are the same,enough so and the input capacitance is not higher than the original,then it should work.Do you have a link for the datasheets of your proposal?

Any mos would do as far as their transconductance,input capacitance and power ratings (V max and PwrD)are close to the original 610.

A 510 would do fine to I guess

As long as they don't actually break, they will work in
this circuit.
