Can I use in BOSOZ MOSFETS type RFP15N06V (Intersil)?
Will they give good sound performance? |

As far as the power ratings are the same,enough so and the input capacitance is not higher than the original,then it should work.Do you have a link for the datasheets of your proposal?
Any mos would do as far as their transconductance,input capacitance and power ratings (V max and PwrD)are close to the original 610. A 510 would do fine to I guess Cheers
