Hi Everyone,
Is anyone interested in some nice heat sinks for your new amp? I have a thread in the group buys forum where I am trying to determine the interest level for KL-271 heatsinks from Seifert that are rated 0.18c/w each. Each one should dissipate approx 140-150 watts. Two of these would be sufficient for nearly any Aleph-series amp, including a 100w Aleph-X monoblock. Details are here |

As I'm getting inquiries about the purchase via e-mail here, I thought I'd bump this up for better visibility..

Hi Alain,
Thanks for your reply! Can you post this in the heatsink thread in the "Group Buys" forum so that it all stays together? Also, as an update, we are looking at 2 heatsink profiles: KL-271 (12"wide, 8"long, 3.25" thick), one is rated at 0.18c/w and can dissipate approx 105w with 25c rise. KL-273 (18"wide 8"long, 3.25"thick), one is rated at 0.12c/w and can dissipate approx 150w with 25c rise. Lets try to keep the rest of the discussion here |
