Default Aleph (3 or 5) into 3/4 ohm

The Aleph (3 or 5) are optimizeted to run into 8 ohm, if i use this amplifiers into 4 ohm speakers (that have e min of impedance of 3 ohm) i can use (for example for the aleph 3) 3 pair of output device (the original have 2 pair) to have more current without to change nothing other?

Paralleling inputs and outputs on Alephs and Zens is
a great way to get good performance into low impedances.
For any given design, paralleling 2 channels gives the 8
ohm curves into 4 ohms and at twice the wattage.

Recently I enjoy the efficiency of the paralleling power amps. My speakers have nominal impedance value of 4 ohms indicated by the manufacturer. I however do not have the actual impedance-vs-frequency curve. I wonder why most of the manufacturers are stingy in showing their curves. Anyhow, after paralleling my amps, the bass sound is tight with energy, and the dynamics increase to my clear realization. As well as in the music, it also makes me enjoy watching DVD movies on my 80 inches screen. I guess that this effect comes by the paralleling of the amps and so by filling up more current into the possibly lower impedance traps.

Actually, for my home theatre, my plan was to have the 5.1 surround system so that I wanted and built three power amps. I however changed and anchored my mind to stay with the stereo system, instead paralleling the amps. My plan forwarded the 5.1 is unluckily banished.

These days, I think about the importance of the output current supply ability of power amp much more than I do about the size of the output power. My thinking could be a misleading, but I would like to trust my way. The paralleling amps give a great effect!!!

Default Paralleling (bridging) v.s. bi-amping into 4ohms

Hi,

I am building 2 x Aleph30s. My original idea was to do vertical bi-amping. As I have 4ohm speakers, after reading this thread, I am now thinking should I do bridging instead ?

Is there any way to tweak Aleph 30 for operation into 4 ohms ?

Regards,

Boris

Well, my friend, this finding deserves a speaker, or some other prize.
It's so true.
Sometimes I wonder at how strange it is now our virtual world.
Our thoughts still exist even after our death.
This is the true eternity?

I do not feel well myself lately.
Forgive me for this reason.
But in any event, I'm still living.
No matter how wretched is my life, I want to get back my pension from the state.
It is my intention.
Although I had many years left until then.
And not at all certain that we will get back our pensions.
But let's say, in Ethiopia or Cambodia, the situation is obviously worse.
But I do not know why we are moving in that direction?
This is not politics, rather it was philosophy now.
Perhaps a rhetorical question, which is not expecting an answer.
