Default ZENLITE from MalaySIA

Hi all, my friend just completed hiss ZENLITE. thought i would like to post some pics for all to share. His name is KEW , he from Malaysia....currently living in singapore. amp is completed today...17March2005.

Nice work!

But for some reason the transformers look a little small to me...

Hard to say without any more info.

Always neat to see a Zen Lite though : )

each transformer has two secondary windings of 30V (225VA). the 2 windings are paralleled to output just 30Vac and a rating of 450VA per channel. runs pretty okay, i guess.

Very nice DIY casing!Where did the heatsinks from and are the faceplates done by CNC??

Where is your friend,Kew from???JB,KL,PG???

The caps are Elna Audio CAps printed 'Made for Onkyo'. they are excellent caps.

the heatsinks are bought from Suntronics at SIM LIM TOWER in Singapore. Yes, he faceplates are done by CNC.

Kew is from JB. currently, he is working in Singapore.
