Default Boards for Pearl ??

Today I saw, with great sadness, that Passlabs dosent selll boards for the Pearl anymore....
As I am in need of two, maby four, I would like to know if by chance anyone should have some boards left over ??
Or possible know where to get them manufactered cheap - as I understand that they are dublesided, and therefore out of my DIY reach.

Cheers !
Hans

Promitheus tried to get something going with a GP of Pearl boards. Maybe he found a way? See this thread:

Good luck

Steen.

Default Pass phono boards

If the Pearl circuit boards are no longer available, are there any Ono clone boards out there? Been wanting to try a dc coupled phono.

Yeah, that really hurts I wanted to order a couple today, perhaps they will get enough requests to make another run of boards!

Anyone have one spare board out there ? Please !

We either have (or will have shortly) posted the Gerber files,
and you can have a board vendor make a batch. Note
that you can't view Gerber files directly through Windows,
but you can download a Gerber viewer from the PCad
web site.

Default Pearl Boards

Stenoe - have you heard the Pearl, how does it sound ?
I building one for a friend, and of course one for my self when im already at it My frind is very impressed with the Ono RIAA, and we are hoping that the pearl soundwise will come close, or at least some of the way......

Sadly, the bloke whos selling af finished Pearl only sells to USA - and, it would be kinda cheating ?? ;-) no DIY in bying finished stuff .....hehe

I have replyed to Prometheus, but have also located a local guy who will make the boards for 150 kroner stykket.......

Cheers !

Do your own artwork--that's not all that difficult a circuit. I kinda like doing layouts. Just pretend that you're they guy who makes the jigsaw puzzles. Anybody can make a layout that works--I like to try to do artwork that's both functional and elegant. Takes a little longer, but it's worth it.

I was lucky enough to be around when they were still available I had the Q-pack too, I wouldnt want to mess with Jfet matching I havent had the chance to compare directly with the Ono, but I think the Pearl sounds just wonderfull.
I know a source for the Jfets, if you need it.
Have a look at my preamp here, if you like:
BosoZ rebuild.

Steen.
