Default SOX psu question

Hello,

I have 2 toroids each having 300VA and 2x17V rails. It will give at about 25.5 Volts so 10Watt for SOX. From Mr. Pass'es article on SOZ it appears that the power consumtion of original SOZ will be at about 200VA all the time with my toroids's ratings - is the same number correct for SOX??

Is it OK to use them in this project??
