Hi Nick,
very nice and clean design. Did you build the original linestage or have you X-ed it? How does it sound? William

Ahh! What a beautiful design. Such elegant simplicity. I think it surpasses most commercial designs.
How did you manage the lettering, and where did you purchase those nice knobs? |

Very pretty.
How did you mount the LEDs in 1/2 inch thick metal? Did you apply any finish to the metal front? |

Thanks.......
![]() @ wufwaff No it is not X'ed (yet... ) The sound is yet a mystery... I have serious problems with the amount of heat, produced by the TIP 29's in the power supply. Doubleing the heatsinks wouldn't help @ lpm76 The lettering was made with the same ones you can use for making PCB's. You just rub 'm on the aluminium. They're protected by the clear spray finish. The knobs are custom made ... @ pixpop The holes are 3mm, but at the back side i drilled 5 mm halfway through. Then just insert simple 5 mm leds. The panel is sprayed with silver paint and then a clear finish layer. Grtz Nick |

Hi! Nick how much did pay to make those knobs? If I can afford can still get them made?
