Hello,
today I finished my pair of Aleph P V1.7. I let both channels run at the same power supply - only one channel at a time. After waiting half an hour I messure the differential voltage between the drains of Q16 and Q19. On one amp I messure around 50mV and the other has around 300mV. What is the maximum differential voltage I can accept and what can I do against it if it is to much ? Thanks Ralph |

Hi,
since everything is capacitor coupled the 250mV won´t hurt. The difference can be caused by slight differences in the current sources and the two pairs parallel resistors. So you could make one upper current source (30mA) adjustable to get the same voltage over the 10k//4k75 resistors. William
