Does anyone know how it will sounds if I use The Aleph P1.7 as preamp for The Leach Amp (2x120W)?

It should work perfectly fine, but of course predicting
exactly how it will sound without hearing it would be a job for a couple of well known audio critics I can think of.

Considering that both of those are high quality - so I hear - and don't doubt - I would think the sound would be superb.Ideally, of course, it shouldn't make any difference, unless either of them was low quality, or some exotic design with strange requirements, like a power amp needing a super low Z output preamp to drive it or something. Looking at that Leach amp = it almost hooked me. But I like Class A too much, and don't need anywhere near the power. There's only one way to know how the combination would sound. |
