Aleph 3 vs Aleph 30

Hi,

May I know which of the above do you like in terms of sonic quality? Referrring to the service manual, there is not much different between them, except more output devices in A30.

Can I use ONSEMI MTW32N20E in place of IRFP240? How will this affect the sound?

I don't have the thread handy, but NP has recommended building the VolksAmp Aleph30 over Aleph 3.

The Aleph 30 is biased more like an Aleph 5 than a 3 and will sound more powerful plus higher input impedance make it friendlier to a lot more of the pre-amps out there.
