Default Another zen question

Hi,

I just received my zen and BoZ pcbs. Most of the parts are bought, and I'm almost ready to stuff those parts on the boards.

Looking at the plans, I have a question regarding the power supply.

From the schematic I understand that this is for one channel. And from the part list, I see that the parts for both channel are included.

My question: Do I have to put two bridges and use both outputs of the transformer? Because judging by the part list, there is only one bridge on the circuit...

Hope this is clear,

Thanks

Nelson Pass is very lazy if I see hairs on his face. Moreover, he did draw only left side about the center line of the transformer. The right side should have been drawn too, showing BR2.

if your transformer has dual secondaries - you need two bridges.
One for each channel's power.

DOH!

I just spit my sandwich out gagging with hysterical laughter.

No offense to the original poster.... but I'm still wiping off my computer screen.

What, you guys don't own a mirror?

Alternatively, you can use both secondary windings for
one channel.
