Aleph 5 with other FETs ??? 2SK series

Has anyone tried other FETs in Aleph 5 than IRFP240 ?

I like the sound a lot but I like to hear if other have tried the Toshiba FET series 2SK1530 in this amp and how they sound vs IRF240

I suspect that you'll have to redesign the front end to get Toshiba parts to bias correctly. If I recall correctly, they're lateral MOSFETs vs. IRF's vertical, and will require lower bias voltages presented to the gate.

Yes the Toshiba FETs are at a lower Vgs
